    Protect Hereford's Water from AI Data Centers
     

    A hyperscale AI data center is coming to Deaf Smith County, 17 miles north of Hereford, using our natural gas and water; all while polluting our environment at an unimaginable scale.

    Fight Against Googles's Air Pollution Permits (July 24th Deadline)

    Google is trying to get approval to release thousands of tons of toxic pollutants per year into our air.  We are asking community members to take part in the following calls to action to delay and prevent these harmful air pollution permits.
     

    Leave a public comment with the TCEQ.

    Demand they stop the project or they will be voted out

    Water-level Change in the High Plains Aquifer System by the USGS

    Projections from the texas water development board show that data centers could use nearly 49 billions gallons in 2025, rising to 400 billiion by 2030, nearly 7% of the states total projected water use.
