Stop the Fermi America
Data Center
A massive AI data center is coming to Amarillo, using our natural gas, and water; all while polluting our environment at an unimaginable scale.

Hold the TCEQ accountable for ignoring our community

The TCEQ has release the executive director's reponse to public comment from the December 4th public meeting in Panhandle. Our community spoke for nearly 2 hours expressing concerns about the enviromental impacts that Fermi America's ai data center will have on our region. The TCEQ made it clear they don't care about our concerns, opting to make ZERO adjustments to the air permits based on community feedback.

We are asking the community to demand the TCEQ reconsider their decision. We are also asking that the community reach out to our local Texas House representatives and urge them to contact the TCEQ on our behalf to advocate for our community.
